Set a cut-off time for Emails

What is it?

Cut-off time is set for reschedule and cancel the booking by customer where they have the flexibility to reschedule or cancel a booking before the cut-off. Once cut-off time kicks in customer's won't be able to reschedule or cancel their bookings.


How to set it?

While creating a Bookable offering you will get an option where you can select if you want your customer's to reschedule or cancel a booking. 

If you select "YES" then a field shows as cut-off time where you can specify how many hours before customer is allowed to reschedule or cancel a booking. 

NOTE: You need to be in the plan offering reschedule/cancel by customer.
