Handling refunds

Why it's needed?
So, merchants or customers might cancel the booking for various reasons.
You need to know the Shopify's Order to return the refund from the Shopify Admin.
Handling Refunds:
1. Get the Shopify Oder Id from our Merchant App

2. You can search the Shopify order ID in the Orders section of Shopify's Admin Dashboard.


3. Click on "Refund" Button and fill details in the page accordingly and initiate the Return.


NOTE: Merchant App is not responsible for any refunds, merchants have to take it manually. Reschedule doesn't need any refunds as the same paid amount is adjusted in the rescheduled booking.
