Merchant Reschedule and Cancellation

Merchants can reschedule/cancel a customer booking from their dashboard.
1. Navigate to Customer Bookings from the side navigation menu.
2. Search for the Customer Booking from the list of Bookings. You can do this by doing a search on Customer Name, ID or use a Date filter for specific day of bookings.
3. Click on the "View" button in the Action column of the booking you want to reschedule/cancel.
4. A side drawer will open up and at the bottom you will be able to see "Reschedule". and "Cancel" button.
Reschedule a Customer Booking:
1. Click on the Reschedule button located at the side drawer bottom.
2. A pop-up show you the details of the existing appointment with the calendar to reschedule.
3. Select preferred Date and Time slot.
4. New reschedule details will be shown in the banner in the bottom of the pop-up
5. Click on proceed to continue.
6. A pop-up appears to set the Internal Notes. It's an optional field where you can specify why you are rescheduling this booking for future reference(Internal notes will not be sent to customer).
7. Click on "Reschedule" button
8. An email will get triggered from system to intimate merchant and customer for the rescheduled booking details.
Cancel a Customer Booking:
1. Click on the Cancel button located at the side drawer bottom.
2. A pop-up appears to set the Internal Notes. It's an optional field where you can specify why you are cancelling this booking for future reference(Internal notes will not be sent to customer).
3. Click on "Cancel" button
4. An email will get triggered from system to intimate merchant and customer for the cancelled booking.
