Confirmation/Reminder/Follow-up Emails

Once customer booking is successful from shopify store, we send emails with appropriate details to customer.
Confirmation Email:
Once the order is placed, Confirmation Emails will be sent to the customer with booking details.
Reminder Email:
Reminder Email will the sent 24 hrs before the scheduled booking to remind customer about the upcoming booking.
Follow-up Emails:
Follow-up Email will be sent after the booking is completed. Follow-up emails can be helpful in upsell/cross sell your products.
NOTE: Reminder and Follow-up emails will only be sent if your plan includes these features.
