Multiple guests in a Private Booking

What is it?

There are services or products which is a private booking but allows multiple guest.

For Example: Let's take a Doctor's Appointment, where a time slot is booked for 1 patient but his family member can join like a spouse or child. 

How to create a private booking with multiple guests:

1. Create a Bookable offering with No.of Attendees as 1.

2. Create a Booking Form Question asking the customer "How many people are going to attend?"

Select a text field if you want any number of guests or a dropdown of limit no of people attending.
