Preventing Double Bookings

When the booking is sitting in the cart, but not checked out yet. By default, the app prevents double bookings only after the customer checks out with the booking, but while it's in the cart, the app doesn't block out the time (for example, a customer could add to the cart, then forget about it and not come back for weeks, we wouldn't want to block off that time for the next guest).

How could double bookings occur?

The customer can increase quantity in the checkout page. It's been a very rare occurrence. This can technically cause a double booking. It can happen, but it is rare.

We are planning to add a NOTE to customer before checkout which says "booking is not locked util checkout is completed".
